Had a very positive educational experience at the border. The immigration officers were very polite and took there time to explain to me in detail what application I needed to fill out. We had a much better experience with the immigration officers than any other Canadian consulate. Very informative and patient with us. Thanks for the guidance. We look forward to visiting Canada in the future!

I had everything I needed but was stopped because my car didn't have a title. My pets were very stressedSo for any future passerbys even if you intend to leave later like me.Make sure you have your cars title. It'll save you 3 hours.Everyone however was really nice :) so be nice to them

The officers are not doing well behaved, They are trying to create fear in people that they think twicely before visit to coutts border, The work I went here for, they sent me back after making me wait for three hours after flag polling just with a verbal explanation but the same thing I got from another border which i was doing requested.

Very smooth process when I finished US open championship at Tucson Arizona and got back home, Border officer Mr.Cubrilo explained all the questions professionally, we had , extremely pleasant trip back at this location, thanks a lot for all border protections to Canada! God bless Canada

The lady officer was very rude to me when I was at border to get my work permit. The rude lady spoil my day. She don’t care how much a person had to suffer to reach at the border. I think she should know people who arrive at border from inside Canada are not criminals.

All the officers were extremely kind, thoughtful and patient with us. I wish more services had such polite people like here. We had the honor to be assisted by Officer Johnson, who explained everything clearly to us and made us feel comfortable with the process. Thanks for the great service!
