My husband and I visited Sparks Steakhouse for our anniversary and it was truly a night to remember. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. We ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides were also delicious, We highly recommend Sparks Steakhouse for any special occasion."

Dropped by for the happy hours after the city cruise. Onion rings are very crispy and not oily, which is a surprise! The staff is very nice too.

I had my book launch dinner at Sparks Steak house, and was very pleased with the service. The food was great, staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I was visiting from Atlanta and will definitely return to Sparks the next time I’m in Niagara Falls. Highly recommend.

I'm a steak lover, and Sparks Steakhouse definitely did not disappoint. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and it was cooked exactly to my liking. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and they were happy to recommend sides and wine pairings. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and we enjoyed a wonderful evening."

Very nice building, cozy. Comparable to other steak houses like the Keg, Kelsey. Price is better. Only issue was clams although nice were a little too salty. Steak a bit over done. We ordered desserts to go and notice we only had one for 2 people.

I ate at Sparks Steakhouse for the first time this past weekend, and let me tell you... it was an experience! Our meal was amazing. Our waiter Walter, fantastic and extreamly knowledgeable with the menu. Everything was made fresh for us the steak was probably the best I've every had. Every course was to die for even dessert still somehow disappeared after we thought we couldn't possibly eat another bite. The atmosphere was perfect for date night and the meal was absolutly devine.
