I just purchased my first car from MyMotors, and must commend their team for providing excellent and reliable service.Both Ped and Tanya were very responsive to my questions, not pushy, no tacky tactics and very accommodating. Having made the trip out from Hamilton, the team promptly arranged for a car delivery and made the whole process very smooth. Car came clean and in great working condition.Having dealt with many dealerships in my search for a used car, I’m happy with my experience and highly recommend dealing with the team at MyMotors!

Ryan was beyond amazing. He was full of knowledge, and gave us advice for the future. Instead of making a “sale” he builds a relationship with you! He put us in a car that will last us, but that was still without our budget. As a younger family, we highly recommend Ryan and will be returning when it’s time for a new one!!

VERY happy with our recent experience both in sales and service. Andrew went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and did a super job coordinating the sale. Tanya communicated the sale terms etc very well and worked with our insurance company so that it was easy on our end. We dealt with Tanya and Pedram. EXCELLENT customer service. We live over an hour away and a few times we asked Tanya for different close up pictures of various areas on the truck. Each time the pictures were taken and sent back to us in 10 minutes! Ped even brought the truck right to our house for us to see and test drive so we didn't have to make the long trip there. We wanted a bit of work done on the tailgate and they arranged everything for us! As body shops are very busy, it was going to take 3 weeks to get done, but Ped got a rush" on it and our truck was ready to go when we got there! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We will definitely be back when we need a new one! Good prices and exceptional customer service!!! Five stars from us!!!"

Cody Wood provided us with excellent customer service when we were looking to replace our previous car which had been involved in an accident. We received a call from him after the purchase to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. He is very personable and pays attention to the details. I highly recommend him to look after your needs.

Bought a 2016 dodge grand caravan off of my motors in April of 2022. I was offered this van at a price less than their original asking price.. that maybe should have been my first warning that they just wanted it off of the lot. When I went to pick up the van I got in, turned it on and engine light was on. They ending up changing the battery because they said that's why the light was on. I went on my marry way... Two weeks later engine light went back on. I went back and they were accommodating and fixed the issue. Once again went on my marry way. November of 2022 about 6 months after having the vehicle my whole transmission had to be replaced. Unfortunately I do think the dealership knew their was an issue with this van hence lowering the price. Definitely did not check the transmission fluid before selling it. I was offered a credit for the shop at my motors to “ reconsider “ my review … so yes in the end I declined as I did not want to take my review down. Market definitely didn’t work in my favour , if it did I would have not been sold a van with a dry transmission. Hoping customers decide carefully where to trust.As a single mother of 4 this $1400 definitely left a dent in my life right before Christmas and I would not delete my review for some shop credit at a company I no longer trust. Thank the lord I did purchase the warranty.

I bought a car from Ryan back in August. After having my car for a little while I noticed an oil leak. I called Ryan and he had me come into the dealership and he fixed it right away. At first I was afraid that I bought a lemon cause the starter stopped working also but that was all rectified quickly. As a women I didn’t want to be taken advantage of and they absolutely met my expectations and above! Thanks Ryan once again for making me super happy. And sorry for being worried. You made this experience extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend my motors!
