Horrible experience. I wait in a long line to get my photo identification pay for it just to receive a mail stating they forgot to copy my birth certificate. Now I need to re do this process all again during my work time. Very unprofessional and yet we pay these people for what?

Very clean, spacious building but the wait times are horrible, 70 minute wait for a 5 minute procedure. They desperately need to hire more staff to move things along here.

Why does every service ontario have to take so long to process people.. it’s the same thing everyday and person.. always ignorant and slow.. maybe work weekends so most people don’t have to lose money on taking days off.. such a brutal service.. and always has been

I walked through the door on Tuesday Nov. 17th at 4:45. I was expecting the staff to be counting the minutes until they could leave and be grumpy. If I wasn't from out of town I wouldn't have gone in at that time. This office has the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever dealt with at any Government office. Great Service.

Whats the point of having 2 kiosks that dispense number tickets if a staff member is going to do be doing it for you? WHY do I have to tell her what am there for, have to go sit down and WAIT for her to go use the kiosk FOR ME and then HAND me my ticket. What a waste. Her presence delays the entire process!!!

I inherited my dad's car after he passed away. My 2 brother inlaws came to kingston March 31st 2023 to transfer everything into my name. We were helped out by a wonderful lady at kiosk # 2. She expressed her condolences to us and made the whole matter as simple and quickly as possible. Wish I had of gotten her name but thank you again to this lady for processing everything and getting on our way

Could not have been treated better and we had a complicated transaction involving a few vehicles. The staff were so friendly and considerate.
