My 8 year old got her ears pierced today and we had an incredible experience at Merle Norman. I was able to make an appointment for a week out. The two women working were incredible. They closed the doors within the mall so we wouldn't be disturbed, they helped us choose the perfect pair of earrings and everything was sterilized very carefully.They both made my daughter feel very calm and at ease and the job was done painlessly and quickly!We will absolutely return here for any of our family's piercing needs.

Got my 3 month old daughter’s ears pierced here, there’s a lady that’s been doing them for babies for many years so I trusted them to do it. They took time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with positioning of the piercing. They have a good selection of earrings, (all come in sterile boxes) even had 14k gold which we preferred for our baby. The piercing was super quick and luckily baby only cried for few seconds. I highly recommend this place if you’re a bit nervous about getting them done! Thank you ladies

Outrageous price! They advertise ear piercing free with purchase of earringsI bought a pair for $135.00.I only had 1 ear pierced as it had grown over. Then she charged me for solution which I didn’t need. Bill came to $156.24 - so much for FREE with purchase of earrings! Do your research.

Went today and got my 3 year old daughters ears pierced. They were so nice and patient and made it an awesome experience. Would highly recommend! Also have all the protocols in place for covid and made me feel super comfortable!

Got my ears pierced in April and it still hasn’t healed. It was too infected so I took it out for a couple of a days. I couldn’t put my earring back in so I went back to the store to get help. The worker kept trying to poke back in. She said it has been blocked and that if I come back in a month she can re-pierce and would charge me for the piercing again. Would not recommend

Horrible service. Came here to get my 2 daughters ear pierced and they didn't have the studs and on top of it they are charing triple the price from the one at willowbrooke mall. Left coquitlam centre and went to willowbrooke and the ladies there were so nice and helpful. Would not recommend this location at all.
