The staff at this location went above and beyond to help repair my personal truck, as well as my company vehicle. They were very clear on what they would be doing and how long each job would take. I recieved updates every other day and they were kind enough to provide a ride home when I couldn't arrange one. Would definitely recommend stopping in to this team for all glass and body work!

I am very impressed with Boyd Autobody & Glass on Lakewood Blvd.The whole team was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and very passionate about giving the best customer service.This establishment is ran like a well oiled machine with Shaun Saull steering the ship. Everyone who helped me there was very kind and professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied before taking my car home.I highly recommend using this Autobody…they treat your car as if it were their own. I had my van repaired a few months ago at Boyd on lakewood, and was happy with the repair work done and the free courtesy car provided. I called today again to try to book another appointment for repair, but was told no courtesy car would be guaranteed after speaking to the receptionist for over 10 minutes. Quite disappointed.

I would like to applaud this location and a huge shout out to Linda, the manager!!! My car was in for a windshield replacement and I needed a loaner vehicle for the day as I had to work of course. Boyd told me it would be one to two days for the repair. No problem as they use Enterprise and got me all set up with a car rental. Thanks for a call from Boyd that my car was ready for pick up. Unfortunately I work until 5:30 and couldn’t get there on time but could get it the next day (Saturday). They aren’t open on Saturdays and then Monday was the holiday so I wouldn’t be able to get my car until Tuesday (reminder it is Friday). Ok, life happens and what am I to do but use the rental for the next few days. Well it was very kind of Boyd because they called me back and said if I couldn’t get the car today it would not be covered under my insurance for the rental and I would be responsible for the rental for three days. Yikes!!However, Linda the Manager, offered to stay 25 minutes past her closing time on a Friday evening so I could pick up my car that day!!! I was so touched and am beyond thankful for her generosity and kind heart.

This is late coming but I had a very good experience when using Boyd. The seal on my van door was completely falling off. I brought it in, no appointment, they fixed it free of charge. Very friendly, very helpful. I also brought another once of my vehicles in to have the windshield replaced and was happy with the service provided.

I fixed my car door dent from them but at the time of delivery they just washed my car outside (not even properly), they didn’t pay any kind of attention to clean the car from Inside, as they mentioned me that the car door needs to be removed to get the work done. They should have properly covered my car during the work or should have parked somewhere else where paint don’t go inside the car. My car was really dirty (paint marks on dashboard, speedometer, infotainment screen) from Inside and on the other hand the cleaner guy suggested me if paint doesn’t comes off replace your Speedometer and Infotainment player (didn’t realize their mistake to not to clean the car properly). I tried to clean up by myself but it didn’t work. I suggest that please take photos (inside/outside) of your vehicle before dropping off and at the time of delivery. I have noticed some other dents (at the time of delivery) on the other side of my car door, so that’s why I am suggesting to take pictures.Thanks

I experienced great customer service personally from Shaun (the manager) and they went above and beyond what was expected or required in the repair of my vehicle. They did some extra minor body work to a different area of my vehicle free of charge for me. I did have one small problem with the re installation of my driver's window, but they made sure to rectify the problem asap for me. Nothing but 5 stars all around.

Unfortunately have to leave a bad review after receiving the most poor service of anywhere I have ever been, I took my car to Boyd on Lakewood blvd back in April for some repairs from floor damage from the winter before, they had my car for 2 months and returned it at that time as some parts were delayed, understandable, they returned my car in early July then called me 2 weeks later saying all the parts came in, now being December 16th 2022, no car yet, so many excuses, from finding other stuff needed to be done to subletting to another shop, giving a completion date finally of November 30th, now saying there welder had broke down and the tech needs training? Hmm he s should know how to weld, now to the store Manager not returning my calls and ignoring me, called last week hjes on holidays, called Monday and talked to her she said she would call me back by the end of the day, no call back. Called yesterday she's in a meeting and I was told she would call me back in halk an hour, no call back, I tried calling back and no answer now, I know they have caller ID, I had to come down to leaving the worst review I ever had to, This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with, on top of that I'm paying my regular insurance on my vehicle for the 8 months of the year I have not used my car, then paying extra insurance of $78 a month for rental insurance. On top of THAT I could not make it to mpi for the extra insurance for 1 week because I live in a rual area. Someone backed into the door in a parking lot, 100% they fault but being a parking lot it's 50/50., so I had to pay the $750 deductible and The down time of the car of another $1200, hope you can feel my frustration, DON'T EVER USE BOYD AUTOBODY MY Warning

I had a great experience here when i took my car there for repairs. The staff are professional and friendly. I dropped the car once all the ordered parts were available, and the damaged parts were replaced on that same day. I was given a rental car from Enterprise (at no cost) and they helped wash my car before giving it back.

Stay away if it's your first time having issues with your car. Though polite customer service, they two in front doesn't seems to know what they are doing. I over heard them mocking my situation as I reach the door. The manager is sweet and young car mechanic guy seems like genuine people, so i gave them a second chance. They failed to inform me about my insurance, and the grand total price before they tear my car door out. Overall, a really painful experience
