Amazing customer service. All the staff are so polite and are quick to accommodate any and all requests. Even offering to mail extra parts to my father who lives in northern BC. I highly recommend their services.

I have been dealing with the NexGen Hearing clinic in Cloverdale for the past 4 years and have found them extremely accommodating. All their staff are pleasant and easy to deal with and have helped me adjust to my hearing aids and whenever I need any assistance!I fully recommend them!!

Thanks to Ingrid and her receptionist for helping me get my mother 93 years old set up with her hearing aids. There were a few problems with mom and Ingrid very kindly and with great patients understood how to get mom set up. After misplacing her hearing aids many times . Ingrid came up with a very unique set up. Mom is very happy now and so am I. Thank you Ingrid.

i would like to thank Lisa Leclair for the best customer service i have received. I have a older father that has no patience, she has great patience with him . Also i would like to thank Amanda Escobar, she was so helpful with the hearing aid. She was able to adapt to my dad's old hearing aid rather than new ones and did not rush the process. With the Covid 19 bringing in masks, talking through plexiglass and social distancing I realized that I needed to do something about my hearing. From my very first appt with Marius I felt comfortable with the fact that I needed hearing aids. Marius and Lisa are always upbeat and make appointments so relaxing. Great service and I am so happy I decided to deal with them. I am now hearing sounds that I have not heard for years. Oticon hearing Aids are wonderful. Highly recommend NexGen Hearing.
