Great Faculties, very organized and professional. The slopes are well maintained, The food Is just amazing (done by Daytona's). There are a variety of hills to choose from for all levels of outdoor enthusiasts. A Great time Solo or as a Group or Family.

Wow! My visit to Loch Lomond was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish the experience and customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time.Laura from guest services, thank you for answering all our questions and connecting us with all the other amazing staff ! You made our experience worth our while and one that we will cherish forever.Andy from Ski Snow and Brad the lift manager, thank you for being so pleasant & accommodating.Jon from rentals, thank you for walking us through everything and being so patient.Nolan our ski instructor, words fail us. You were an absolute pleasure. You encouraged us and not to mention taught us how to ski in less than 30 mins. Wow.This remains my cousins (visiting from the UK) favourite core memory of Canada and I have everyone I mentioned to thank for that. Can’t wait to visit Thunderbay again and bring my friends to Loch Lomond... I know they will be in good hands.

Loch Lomond ski area has poor staff who miss treats you. Also they don’t give any warning before taking your skiing passes away. In my opinion mount baldy is better

Really great improvements over the last couple years. Park is great when TK builds it. Bar often has great live music tho it's also often a little loud to talk amongst your table. The mullet and the Giant under the chair are your best lines to lap if you like some off trail terrain. The new devils dive area is also great when we get the snow, especially since they thinned out the trees and widened the trail to make it more of a classic glade... some drops back there anywhere 5 to 15 feet, enough to play on! Special request: I vote you guys pile dirt in the summer to form ramps for jumps and rails to get the park pumping way earlier in the season.

Fast friendly service. Skiing on 1 ft of fresh powder was great. Fast lifts with low wait times and a fair amount of runs. Night skiing lit up sufficiently with excellent $ value. On the negative Chalet outdated from the 70's. Considering covid hats off to a business like this to stay open and provide the quality that it does.

The level of customer service from the entire team was exceptional. I am from Zimbabwe and this is the first time being in Thunderbay. We booked for the Never Ever Ski day but had to cancel due to the temperature being -25 degrees on the day. We then went in unannounced on another day, 1.5 hours before the resort was due to close, a day before were due to fly back from my holiday. The entire team went out of their way (above and beyond) to accommodate us ensuring that we had a pleasant first time skiing experience including finding a suitable instructor for us. We really enjoyed our time there and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Special mention goes to Laura (Guest services) for organising and gathering the troops together (thank you!), Andy for the ski snow services, Nolan our very friendly and knowledgeable instructor (who’s coaching was so clear and concise I was up and running on the slopes with-in 20 mins never having skied before), his Dad Brad who lined us up with his son and Jon who sorted us with the rentals.

Good food, awful chalet that needs to be renovated. Good runs but scummy owners that never do anything fun with the park, just always been the same for too long. Baldy is better if you just like ripping around doing tricks. Ski racers are just annoying always taking up runs and are the only real source of income other than the food and lift prices. We need T.K. back! But still a good place to go.

Our first time here , went with family, did the snow show trail. Very impressive place with various ski slo6, trails were picturesque and peaceful for us and young children, well organized and professional service from all staff, highly recommended

2021/2022 was an amazing season for snow. Loch is big enough that you can go a few times a week and not get bored. Lift lines are short and the conditions are well maintained. You get some nice views of Lake Superior and the Sleeping Giant going up the North lift. We didn’t try the snowshoeing but there’s that option for non-skiers /boarders as well
