I always recommend Dr. Shaffer and his team to anyone looking for a Dentist. They’re extremely caring, professional and efficient. They always find time that works with my schedule and after years of dealing with horrible wait times and pain after dental appointments, I’ve finally found a good fit with Gental Dental. They’re great with kids, too!

I had supplemental dental work done last week on my fillings. It was the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. No needles, great work, and in and out in 30 minutes as promised!! I'm already looking forward to my next cleaning!

Dr. Shaffer and the team are extremely professional, caring dentists. They made switching to a new dentist that is closer to home SO incredibly easy. Also, I found the newly designed waiting room very visually appealing, calm, and welcoming.If you are have been hesitating about switching dentists or having your first ever visit to one, just do it, you will not regret going to Gentle Dental!

New patient at Gentle dental and wow am I impressed. I was nervous to see a new dentist due to previous past experiences , and wow I had no reason to be. This appt was virtually pain free. I have had alot of extensive procedures, and have never had such a breeze of an appt. I will recommend everyone to Dr Schaefer. I am in disbelief at how great this appt was . I am impressed ! Only regret is that I didn't find Dr S sooner.

Gentle Dental lives up to it's name. Dr. Shaffer is an extremely caring dentist. If you have fear of dental needles and need dental work done, please give him a try. When I had an old filling repaired, I did not feel the needle for the freezing. He is also a personable dentist, who explains everything to you. All the staff are excellent as well. I definately recommend them.

Im scared of dentists… but they were very kind. And helpful. They explained everything so I was less anxious. And this is probably the only dentist I’ll ever go to for now on LOL.Definitely recommend for people with anxiety.

Dr. Geoff Shaffer is wonderful! I had extreme anxiety with going to the dentist in the past.The last time I went to see Dr. Geoff it was amazing! I didn't worry about it several days leading up to it and once it was done I was able to go on with my day as if it were any other appointment.Before Dr. Geoff, I would have to take the rest of the day off to recover :)

I was previously a patient of Dr. Marty and made the move to Dr. Geoff when the practice was sold. Dr. Geoff is an excellent dentist. He explains everything carefully and takes his time ensuring you are comfortable. My daughter recently had her first dental appointment, and she enjoyed it immensely. Thank you to the entire team for making it all go so smoothly: Marina, Margaret and Dr. Geoff!

Great customer service. Very friendly and bright atmosphere. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental office!!!!
