(Edited to copy from the London Road location.) The owners of this store, Nipun and Shruti (the same ones who also own Lakeshore and the Corunna locations) are just...absolutely fantastic!! They are friendly, incredibly customer service oriented, they truly care about your pets and will go above and beyond in any way they are able. They are also well versed in pet care, I had previously gone to them before the veterinarian for a few issues. They were able to advise on certain products for only a tiny fraction of the cost and cleared up these problems by following the advice given.I had written a lengthy review (which I tend to do only when I'm blown away and feel a business deserves the accolades) for Lakeshore a few years ago after such a great experience, which turned me into a regular; apparently however, after reaching out to Google, it was removed because it was believed to be too good" and an in-house review. (I am not affiliated in any way just to be clear which I believe can be determined by my review history.) After being away for a good while as well as opting for online orders for some time

Great experience. I called in my order and the associate was great answering my questions and getting what I needed. I believe her name was Sophie and she has excellent customer service.I put my order in and two minutes later drove up to pick it up.

Great store.. Clean , well stocked, friendly customer service. The new groomer is fantastic. Prices are reasonable. Its my new go to pet store.

Bought my puppy a bunch of gear from pet Valu and the quality of the items are super impressive! Alittle pricey but worth it. Staff is very helpful too.

This was pretty easy. I didn't know it was now curb-side before I arrived for dog food and kitty litter. Texted and served in no time.Make sure you identify your location (lakeshore or Corunna)A great family running both stores.Great work!

Very nice pet store with a large selection. Large easily accessed parking, and no crowds when I shopped there. Staff was friendly and welcoming and helped me with selecting a harness for my dog. Would recommend this location.

During lockdown you can arrange for curbside pick-up, or order online. I find the processing of my order and delivery to be quick and efficient. How lovely that they finally have a points program for frequent shoppers (like me).
