I'll still give it a 2 stars because i do like the food. I know it's not the people working the windows fault but the drive thru is insanely slow.not sure if its a management issue or what but it seems like frequently there will be nobody there, ill order something simple in the drive thru and be told to pull over and wait 15 mins plus

We had a wonderful experience at this Harvey's in St. Thomas. The young lady (wish I had gotten her name) who took our order was very courteous. It was very clean and the toppings area was also clean and the vegetables were fresh, the fries and onion rings were hot and crispy. Plus our order was ready in minutes. We will go back to this Harvey's the next time we are going through St. Thomas.

I went through the drive thru and was told to wait for my food I don’t mind waiting but I was the only one in the drive thru and while I was waiting 6 other cars got their food shortly after they paid while I waited 15 mins.( I ordered a burger combo with poutine and frings) my order was missing some items (was missing gravy for the poutine and frings box was not filled.) This is the only location that I’ve experienced problems with portioning and wait times.

What a disappointment. The angus burgers were cooked to well done and maybe just beyond. Dry and crispy : ( and they were cold. Mind you, we did have our order delivered but we do this on a very regular basis at our work place and receive our food stuffs toasty warm from other restaurants, so ............ I wish I could say this was the first disappointment with Harvey's / Swiss Chalet in St. Thomas but sadly I cannot : ( Think we have given them a very fair shot over time but the next hankering for Harvey's / Swiss Chalet will have to be with one of the London franchises.

Drive thru service SUCKS at this location. After waiting for 3 minutes at the speaker without being helped.. I pulled up to the window where there is no one present. The employee wasn’t even wearing a headset and was completely ignoring drive thru. After finally placing my order, she asked me to pull forward and I waited over 20 minutes to get my food… (I was the only car in drive thru the entire time). AND after waiting 20 min, I had to go back and ask for my drink and a side that I ordered.Fix your service Harvey’s. Basic order accuracy and speed of service is all we ask for. It’s not that hard.

Eventhough we ordered ahead with the app, our food was ready 15 minutes later than our pick up time. The food was very messy and squished but it tasted great. The person at the counter was very nice. The bathroom is horrible, hold it if you can. Lastly, there was a guy in the back making the fries, touching them with an ungloved hand and then scratching his head. Overall not the worst I've had but with so many other good options in the area I won't be back.

Incredibly slow!Ordered 2 jr burgers and an order of deep fried pickles. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes to get this SIMPLE order. There is no reason for something this simple to take this long to make. I'm baffled by this. My receipt shows I ordered at 824pm and I am just leaving the drive thru now at 836pm.I've managed fast-food restaurants for years and this haveys location seriously lacks in terms of speed, and management.Edit to add that when we pulled upto the speaker we were told to hold a moment, that moment lasted over 3 minutes before we were spoken to again and had our order taken.Edit again to add photos, burgers were not fresh, nor were the pickles which makes me wonder what took so long for something that had clearly been sitting under the elements

Ordered a burger. I didn't know Harvey's toasts buns. Now I know you roast them too. Also my wife's donuts didn't have any sugar on them. I know Harvey's isn't a luxury" burger place

Placed a mobile pickup order. Was given a specific time for pickup and arrived at that time. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered until I said hello multiple times (unable to access doors to go inside as they were locked). I was told to pull around to the window.Only two staff members were working and a simple order (fries & nuggets) took over 30 min to receive. No apologies - staff was too busy mopping the floor to come to the window and provide an update. I knocked on the window after waiting for 15 minutes and I was ignored. I couldn’t leave because my order was prepaid in advance.Very poor & disappointing customer service. Provide more staffing for closing shifts and discuss with the staff how they should prioritize customers over cleaning tasks.
