washers were fine, but one of the dryers used had no heat although it was set on high. no one around, no form to let them know about faulty equipment.... aparently no thought given to customer needs

This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve seen in a long time. Someone else noted that the bad reviews seemed “fishy”. I would agree. It was really nice, quiet and realllly clean. My only complaint was they only had one oversized washer (for a king duvet) and it was out of service.

This is the dirtiest laundry mat I’ve ever been too! They should be ashamed of this laundry mat. Garbage everywhere! Please clean your facility. Also, fix your broken washers and you should post that the washers are broken! Thanks

Well. This place is pretty gross. The machines are dirty. The floor hasn't been swept or mopped in what looks like days. Half of the dryers didn't work but still take money so beware. You come to a laundromat to clean dirty clothes and the least you want when you walk in is a clean establishment. Don't expect that here. Chose a cold water wash and we witnessed steam coming out of the soap load area so it was obviously hot water. I only hope our clothes are actually clean. Also. It smells like a wet dog.

Expensive. No help on site. Dryers are pretty lame. And worst of all, the posted hours are not adhered to.While taking my finished laundry (or at least as finished as the dryers could manage) to the car, the door auto-locked behind me--15 minutes prior to the alleged closing time. So management doesn't even understand how to set the its front door auto lock, which you would think they'd realize was important in a self-serve facility.
