Another quick, efficient and friendly visit to Golbou at the Post Office in Port Moody! She always takes the time to make sure I'm getting the best rate to send my packages and applies the cheapest rate to get the mail to the receiver as quick as possible! Love it and her!

Go Ibou is an amazing manager at the Canada Post at Shoppers Drug Mart. She is super efficient that makes the line up go super fast. Very friendly and gives good advice and also knows me by my name.

I was nearing the end of doing what I needed to do at the service desk. The screen was asking me how I would rate my service on a scale from 1 to 9. The woman at the desk did the rating for me and picked 9 (the highest rating). I was shocked at how unprofessional that was. She literally gave herself the high rating. They forge their customer service ratings I guess. If I had really submitted the rating, it would have been a 5. She was not very helpful, not particularly pleasant, and was slow.

Went in today do deliver package and it was my first time so I was a bit confused on how to send it. The man working was not only very kind but went above and beyond to be helpful as well. Have gone in previously to receive a package and the women was also nice/ helpful. Would recommend!
