Tremendous customer service. Had the brakes done, exhaust system repaired and they found a solution to repair the trunk latch. The total cost was half the price I had been quoted by another garage. They will definitely get all my business going forward.

What a wonderful experience! Knowledgeable, honest and friendly people, fast competent service. Shout out to Rory who went above and beyond and took the time to answer questions and provide feedback even when every bay was full and they were extremely busy! Sadly when a woman takes her car to be serviced, she often gets hosed…. But this establishment was so honest they even told me I didn’t need work done that I had told them I was certain I needed. Want to change my tires i got a quote from a lady sitting on the counter today. I left for a while to think about the price then i came back and was agreed to change my tire on the price she gave me on other lady called and she told me if you order now I should come on Monday i was was just asking what time on Monday should i come she told me we cant give you a specific timeThen i asked okey any day in the week give me a specific time as i have to go for job i cant take too much time just requesting her if i can leave my current tires with the rims as they were already in my car so any time y new tires come you just changed them and at specific time i will come and will save the time.Then right away the fist lady who I talked earlier interrupted me and talked to me in a rude way we cant give you a specific time dont argue with us dont waste our time.The only thing i want to bring on your notice please learn how to deal with the customerI walked away and went to another shop. You lost a customer

I've been going here since I bought my vehicle in 2017. The staff are knowledgeable and go beyond the expectations of an auto shop. I like that they do a thorough inspection of my car every time, regardless of the service I'm in for. Lindsay behind the counter is amazing and helps with coupons and discounts as much as possible, and the owners put their customers first. I am a forever customer.

This Midas is the only place I will ever get my car worked on. The front staff are amazing/knowledgeable and the shop mechanics and the same! They always fix what problems with my 2011 vehicles and tell me what to look for if something. They are very hands on and show you what they are going to do to your vehicle before even doing it which I like a lot

Denied the appointmentI was told to come at 11. I reached around 10:30 just to be on safer side as it was my first appointment with them, I thought there might be some formalities before I hand over my car.They told me I was late for the appointment. My appointment was at 9am. When I got a call to fix my appointment I specifically asked if I can get an email confirmation or SMS for the timing, they told its just the phone and over the phone they mentioned 11amWhile during the appointment day they mentioned we told 9am.

Been going to this location since I got my new car, and first two oil changes were fine. Few weeks back, got my third oil change done at this location and started noticing noises at idle or when the car is stopped. Decided to take a look at it and noticed that the bolts were missing from splash guard and found a zip tie holding my splash guard intact instead of the seven bolts that are supposed to keep in secure.
