After 3 weeks of calling to claim my pair of hemmed jeans, and being told over and over again they didn’t have them, I was finally able to pick them up. Very poor customer service and would definitely recommend requiring paperwork from them indicating you’ve dropped something off if you actually want it back. I will not return.

I had three coats to work on. One needed to be taken in, another new buttons and a third had a bunch of rips in the liner.She did an amazing job, I am very pleased. I just moved from New Brunswick and I would have paid a lot more there.Thanks so much.

I’ve had good experiences here, though my winter jacket was not done on time. They did not call me to let me know it was delayed, nor did they apologize. As well they don’t offer receipts unless you ask, which is quite important if they potentially lose an item. I’m glad I asked for mine, let’s hope they didn’t lose my jacket.

Wasn't impressed with quality of alterations on a grad dress. Simple taking in was not properly done, left the top puckering and folding outwards with visible inside seams. Took almost six months for them to do, so they probably forgot what the measurements meant! Communication was difficult. I also thought it was overpriced compared to other seamstresses I have used; I wouldn't complain about the cost if it had been done properly, this job definitely was not worth the price. I took it somewhere else to be redone, it was a quarter of the cost!

I’ve been going to Suzanne and her colleagues for years. They’re always helpful, nice, and do their best to meet your requested timeline. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed. I went to Kay’s to get the waist reduced in a pair of nice dress pants. After waiting at the desk for a while, she finally came to the front. She grumpily told me to go try on the pants. When I stepped out, I told her what I’d like fixed. She quickly made a rough mark on the back of the pants where they needed to be altered. When I returned, I again waited at the front desk for an extended period. Luckily there was a nice man also waiting for her to come to the front desk so we visited. I tried the pants on again to make sure they fit. I could barely slide them up my thighs. I came out of the dressing room to tell her about the issue, but there was no one around. After waiting about 10 minutes at the front desk, I became irritated and left. I do not recommend.

Very rude and unprofessional! Over priced and doesn’t fix things properly so you have to bring it back and get it done a second time! Stay clear if this place unless you want to get ripped off!

Both the jacket and backpack I had repaired came back very dirty as if being thrown on the floor. Had to wait a long time to be help while dropping off and picking up. Extremely rude workers and poor customer service. The zipper on the backpack I had repaired came back worse off than when I dropped it off. Would not recommend.

Cheap services but customer service is not good at all. They asked me when i need my pants ready i said Saturday and they said ok. Then they did not call me on Saturday and when I called them on monday they said it's not ready don't call us. Finally they got the pants ready on Wednesday. It took one whole week to shorten the legs of my pants. Other places do it in 2 or 3 days.
