I wanted to buy a stacker unit for my basement. Washer/Dryer. I had a used set here that wasnt a stacked unit. I GAVE that set to him, in good working order. I paid for the other set, which is still not working properly. The spinner does not take the water out well. He told me to just spin it twice. It's also not level on the floor. It was bouncing all over the place. He said that wouldn't make any difference to the way it washes or spins. He was to come last wednesday to look at it, didn't show up. I called thursday, they came and said the same thing. Spin it twice. He didn't even level it. My husband and I spent an hour down there doing it ourselves last night. Please note my husband is 76, Im 67.......There is supposed to be a 1 year warranty on this set. Why? What is it good for? He kept saying that front load washers do not spin well. I have been doing laundry for 55 years, so I wish people would not talk to me like I'm braindead. Would never ever use them again. Warranty means nothing to them. Buyer Beware.....BBB has been called on this company. Hopefully they do something.

Service man was on time, professional work ,reasonable rate, was very fair and very knowledgable, I would and will recommend this service repair to all my friends.

Had a fantastic experience with these guys! My realtor recommended them when my freezer kept thawing. I called them around 10am and they managed to come to my place, pull out and look at my fridge, diagnose the problem (the fridge's compressor blew, so we need a new fridge), install a temporary solution for it, take my payment (cash or debit), and leave – all by 11am! I was blown away!! I will absolutely call these guys again.

Excellent response time, professional work, great people to deal with. Fixed my rather ancient washer avoiding me having to purchase a new one. Love keeping these older models working, they are so much better made that the newer ones. Thanks!

Amazing business and awesome staff, delivered 3 sets of appliances for my lakefront home and they all worked immaculately except for the oven, it would hold temperature! I called and Andy made an appointment for repair and came the next day, fixed the issue and works like new! Highly recommend!

Work was decent enough, but charged me $140, for a $30 part and a 10min job. Will definitely be looking around next time.

Rob from Rowe’s Appliances saved the day! In my search for an appliance repair service, I decided to go with the company that was listed as being local with 5.0 star reviews. However, the company wasn’t local and uses this system to lure in customers and charge them more than what you should have to pay. The repair man was fast talking and tried to intimidated me into the repair. I didn’t like this approach at all and called Rob. I was quoted $350 by the company outside the area and $200 by Rob at Rowe’s. I was out the service call fee but learned my lesson. Reviews do not always paint the correct picture and companies can get reviews put on their google ads to ensure a 5.0 review. Apparently there is a huge problem with companies outside the area doing this. There is nothing wrong with going with a repair service outside the area but not if they are disreputable and are overcharging. Best to stick with local services like Rowe’s.Take it from me, go with Rowe’s. Rob was fast to come and fix the problem, had the part right on hand and the problem was solved and for much less than I was quoted. Thanks Rob!

Great service. We are located well outside Rowe 's service area but when we called desperate for a KitchenAid range repair the fellow on the phone talked my wife through diagnosing the problem and then ordered the part for us. It was in 2 days later and installed as soon as we got it home, solving our troubles.

Hired them to repair my dryer that was not heating up and was told it would be $200. They showed up ripped out the washer and dryer and replace a part and cleaned out lint, in doing so they attempted to hide $50 that was in the bottom of the dryer. When I called them out on the found money my dryer then needed wheels that cost an additional $50. Once the job was complete they left the dryer out because putting it back would’ve been an additional fee. When they left I noticed the dryer leg was broken off, the dryer now made a horrific sound and was experiencing more issues than originally reported. I called back multiple times with no returned calls, finally they called back and said it would cost more money for them to return. Now that they returned my calls months later the 30 day warranty is now over. In conclusion they were rude when we had interactions, not trustworthy unattended, don’t warranty their work, overall not a good company to deal with and only received my 1 star because 0 is not an option
