The experience is terrible. I have never experienced such poor service in timhorton. The staff were lazy and even gave me an eye roll and a look of disdain. The staff didn't seem to have been trained, because I kept repeating what I ordered, and there was a hair strand in my bagel, which was disgusting. I'm never going to this house again.

avoid this tims, I come here everyday and they cannot understand English so you must repeat your order 6-10 times, fast and slow. its like your teaching a pre schooler how to speak. and then after all the hassle they cannot get the order right. EVER

Spent a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru waiting for one drink....and they got the drink wrong but we didn't notice until we were home. Definitely won't be going back!

They didn't give me any of my hashbrowns or put the Topping on the Iced Capp . Also the English muffins were very dry, is butter not standard on them at this location?Asked for extra bacon on my breakfast sandwiches, didn't get it. Have to double check everything at this location or you're getting ripped off.All my extra bacon English muffins came without extra bacon, but they sure charged me for it. We also got a sandwich half eggshell D:

Orderd drive through grill cheese sandwich top was melted but the inside wasn't more like a Cold cheese sandwich there goes my food. I didn't have time to go back and complain didnt Evan finish it. They were just too busy to get the food out the drive through rather than preparing it properly.

I had to wait for a cab one evening so I went to this tim Hortons to wait. I saw on the door that it closes at 11pm and it was 10:15pm so I went in and got a coffee. Then while I was waiting, I got a phone call so I stepped outside to answer and while I was on the phone, they locked the doors and it was only 10:30. I saw there was still 2 people sitting inside and I noticed the side door was open so I went back in and I asked if I can order something to eat and the young lady said she would ask her supervisor so she did and he said no to my order.Not sure if this is common practice for Tim Hortons but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, say, a sign on the door to let me know they were closing early. This happened on May 29th 2023.

It's Tim Hortons. Ok coffee and cheerful service. Staff managed to mess up my two item order but they fixed it for me without question. Nice clean restaurant.

Tim's is Tim's, it isn't anything special, their drinks are ok. It's a solid place to visit, you always know what you're getting. It's far from being the best choice out there, but it's ok.
