The website is fantastic for guiding you through the process and online reservations are easy. Christian was very professional, helpful and easy to deal with. He took the time to show me the space, highlighting security features of the facility, and of course reviewed all the details of the agreement. He is very knowledgeable. The facility itself was very clean with excellent lighting. I’m happy to be using them for storage.

Excellent service! I was lucky enough to be served by John who was exceptional, explained everything in detail, set me up, and made sure I was happy with my rental space that I chose. He was serving another customer and myself at the same time and alway kept on making sure we were okay with it and going back and forth to explain and show us what we needed. All that with a smile and made it easy breezy. He has such a great attitude very pleasant, professional, and great customer service skills. I would definitely hire him! Koodos to you buddy and thank you for the amazing service! I Would highly recommend this particular public storage.
