I’ve been going here since I had my accident two years ago and I can honestly say it was the best decision for my recovery. Great group of people that helped me get better every time I came in. Highly recommend

I’m very grateful for their treatment. The staff always treated me with respect and compassion and actually put a lot of effort into helping me improve my symptoms. They went above and beyond for me, especially when I voiced my concerns about other symptoms/health problems that I felt could be linked to my concussion injury. The treatments I received first helped my sleep and eased the pressure I could feel in my head. Then, dizziness slightly improved but they were concerned when I started complaining about worsening nausea and on and off stomach problems. They re-evaluated me and asked me to have my new family doctor help with running some hormone tests and other bloodwork as the worsening of nausea is not common if other symptoms are improving. They asked about my medical history and explained that because I had cancer before, cancer and concussions can actually have overlapping symptoms and even compounding symptoms if i have both at the same time.Unfortunately, they were right!A very large, inoperable tumour was discovered in my lower abdomen. My Oncologist (cancer specialist Dr.Pinilla) had actually screwed up really bad and didn’t read my CT scan results for my May 2022 cancer screening, which stated more than once that my cancer had spread to a lymph node, growing/spreading rapidly for nearly a year without knowing. It could have been surgically removed if the Oncologist actually read the report like he’s supposed to with every patient but as it’s more than quadrupled in size, there’s nothing they can do about that now.Thank you for actually listening, believing me and going above and beyond to help.I'm now doing aggressive chemo and have a good chance of survival.Thank you again.

I took my teenage son to this clinic after a sport injury seeking for concussion treatment. The clinic runs with multiple therapists, randomly treating patients on a rotation basis (and has a ridiculous amount of paperwork to be filled in).I was very disappointed when I found out my son wouldn’t get the same therapist as the first time, and when I requested for this, Physiotherapist Janet Fasakin turned down treatment for my son. We had travelled all the way to the clinic for nothing. Needless to say, I won’t be recommending treatment for anyone in this clinic ever again.
