If there would be minus zero option I would give them. This company is nightmare to deal with, especially with online orders. Also, their returning police is awful. Huge disappointment. Buy stuff only if you see it in store, online EVERY SINGLE TIME I went through hell. To talk to somebody is out of question, only stupid bot 'live chat'??? Wonder what is live???

Needed to purchase a Maison Berger Lamp and found Linen Chest carried these.Walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly staff member.Asked her about the Berger lamp and boy was She a Wealth of knowledge.Helped me out ....alot...cause let's face it...as a guy I was totally clued out to what I was buying!A friend suggest it and gave me the general low down on this lamp, but thanks to the staff at Linen Chest, I was educated !!!Bought the lamp and yupp...its does what they say it would do.No more smelly basement workshop..Thank you ladies...

One of the best stores for home essentials. Great quality products. The store is aesthetically very pleasing and extremely well organized. Products of similar colors are grouped together, which is a visual delight. From bedding, kitchen essentials, curtains, cushions, kitchen appliances to home decor, air fresheners, candles, etc. there is hardly anything the store does not carry. It is a must-visit for anyone wanting to add more quality to their homes. They have some great deals too, which is a bonus.

My wife and I love this place. We bought our cutleries, dinnerware sets, pots and pans, beddings etc. at this location. The young lady from the kitchenware who also covered the bedding has helped us throughout the process. We visited the store several times and every time, she was there to greet us and help us with our requests. Their online orders for items not on stock was well coordinated and delivered to our home without any damage.

I had the BEST customer service from Christina . As soon as I walked in she greeted me and helped me find the items I was looking for . She welcomed all the customers that walked by and made sure everyone was taken of. She also helped me find the perfect carpet ! She suggested this particular carpet and it's bang on amazing !! She definitely brought back great customer service !! Which is always nice nowadays!!

I had a very good experience in this store and miss dianny, she was so nice, friendly and guided us very well I’m so happy with my purchases.

Good selection and variety of quality household items at a reasonable price. In particular, my partner and I received great customer service from Mary, who was friendly and helped us with all of our questions. We ended up choosing this floor lamp, which was wheeled out to my car. I was happy with my experience and would come back to this location.

Terrible customer service. It was my first time in this store. I took my daughter to pick out a comforter. We picked out a twin kid comforter and took it to the front desk and two ladies were chatting at the desk. When they stopped chatting, I put my purchase on the counter. One lady looked at my daughter and asked if the comforter was for her. I thought she was going to say what a great choice and how much she’d enjoy it. Instead she launched into saying how it would be too small for my daughter and she needed something bigger. I told her that it was fine and just what we needed and wanted. Instead of ringing it up she said fine but reiterated how it was much too small and she wouldn’t be happy with it because she needed a bigger one. I couldn’t believe that she wouldn’t just shut up and ring up the $80 comforter. I told her fine then if it wasn’t good enough then she’d lost the sale and I walked out. What a waste of time. How dare she pass judgement on the gift I was getting for my daughter and also leave me with such a negative feeling about trying to buy something in that store. I’ll never go again and neither will anyone else in my family.(I bought my daughter a $65 twin comforter at Walmart later that same day. My daughter had the choice of any size in the store and picked a perfect pink rainbow and unicorn twin size comforter that came with a little decorative pillow. She loves her new comforter and I got to be my own cashier at Walmart so I had no judgemental and negative salesperson ruining my day. Maybe linen chest should get some self check outs and fire that lady that vomits her unwanted opinion onto potential customers that an $80 overpriced twin comforter is not big enough for a 10 year old).

Their online system is complete garbage. I tried to place an order, got an error message telling to try again later but it turns out that the order did go through (CC was charged but no confirmation etc...). I went in stores and purchased the item.Eventually they found the order (that supposedly didn't go through), I went in stores to cancel it, which they did and 3 weeks later, I still haven't been refunded. Pathetic.
