Be aware if you are using replacement insurance. They used their own calculation for OEM vs aftermarket price difference to make additional profit instead of the ICBC glass express quote vs OEM. When I asked about it they said they could have charged me more if they wanted to but didn't. My replacement insurance contacted the shop for clarification they said this was explained to me which it was NOT. I have never had this issue while using my replacement insurance. Seems like a very shady business practice so be aware.Edit in response to owner:I have discussed this issue with both ICBC claims and my replacement insurance provider and both seem to agree that this was shady business practice. If you said that you intend to make an additional profit from myself as well as get reimbursed by my insurance I could have made an informed decision and gone somewhere else. I can be certain that it is not an issue my insurance. It was LACK of TRANSPARENCY that caused this issue on your side. You can put any number in a shop invoice, how is a normal person supposed to know that that's not the ICBC glass express quote. All because you have been in business for a long time does give you the right to be condescending and treat me like garbage.

They were fast in procuring a windshield to replace my cracked one. The install went smooth, and their front staff were very pleasant to talk to. They also vacuumed the cab!

Called spoke to the lady for rear passenger windowI said cant drive my broken car to your loaction.Pls check if you have rear window for 05 neon.She was adamant , kept saying bring your car here . How hard is it to check for glass with model and make of the car ?

Five star service.Friendly staff got the job done efficiently.I was surprised to find my cab detailed interior.inexpensive and a discount for rock chip.Attention to detail a rarity, they even reinstalled the decals from the glass on my previous windshield.Thanks for your professionalism guys, and thank you to the counter staff for your kindness.Going forward, a customer for life.

I highly recommend Payless Glass when it comes to fixing your broken window. My car got broken into and they were able to fix it as soon as they can. The customer service and front desk were very nice and very understanding of my situations and immediately assist my help. Thank you Payless glass

Highly recommend :) The staff was very friendly and accommodating:) I was able to drop my car off in the morning of my appointment and picked it up at the end of the day after work :) They offered me a vehicle but I was walking distance so I didn’t need one. They not only did a great job on the repair but vacuumed and wiped down my kids mess of cheerios and crumbs lol:) I will always prefer to help out a local family owned business and recommend if you have a glass repair to check them out :)

They cant even return an email in a timely manner. Why anyone would want to trust someone to replace/repair their windshield when responding to an email is to difficult?

Sometimes a mom and pop looking business in a plaza may seem intimidating, however this is a great professional business. Transparency and honesty with their work. They do great outsourcing details with their work which I think is awesome. I've had tons of friends and family be serviced by them and only great things to say.If you want an amazing experience with the pheww that was easier than i thought experience, check them out.

My second time here now,My Porsche GTS 4.0 had a chip right in the centre of the drivers view - and as you can fail to see, there is nothing there now.Quick and quality work. Thank you.
