Worst service I've ever had. Nobody would even look at me when I came in (it was not busy) and I had to wait for a super long time to even get help. When I was finally able to ask for a size, it took forever to even get it from the back but I could hear them laughing, talking and having a great time in the back.

The absolute WORST service. Nobody greets you, nobody helps you, there isn’t Anybody on the store floor that is able or willing to help you find what you’re looking for or to grab sizes to try on. The line up was 10 people deep.. & it seems like the staff all just hide in the back. I saw a minimum of 4 staff And there was one girl on the till. Terrible customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I could tell that the employees did not want to be there and I felt like I was the biggest inconvenience of their lives. I didn’t buy the shoes I wanted because of the horrible service. I went a couple stores over to Quarks and purchased the shoes I was looking for and was treated 100x better.

I’m not sure I’ll ever shop in this store again.Upon arriving at the store we noticed that it only allowed 5 customers in at a time for social distancing protocols; there were only 2 customers in store. There were 3 staff and one was helping the customers, the other two staff looked at me and saw I was patiently waiting outside the store and promptly looked away. None of the associates attempted to let myself in until the other customers that were in store came closer to the door, and upon entering the store not one of the associates asked if I needed a hand with anything; I had to approach them and when I did they made me feel as though I was interrupting something much more important than a customer willing to spend money in their store. I walked out and went and spent $260 on Blundstone boots at another store.Sadly this team of staff members needs to get some very serious customer service training, if I treated customers like that at any one of my previous retail jobs I would have been fired on the spot.

Legit the worst experience i have ever experienced in a store before. I have worked retail for 7 years now and i have never been into a store so poorly ran. I also work in THIS mall and everyone knows how bad of a store this is, even others that work in the mall as well. I ordered a pair of shoes to be shipped to store (they did come in in a decent time) when i went to pick them up after receiving a call, there wasnt a single person on the sales floor and 2 other people waiting for sizes. I went up to cash and waited for about 10-15 minutes before 3 people walked out from the back and not a single person acknowledged me and just walked in out since their shift was done for the day. After an employee walked in from a break i asked her if she works here and she said “no… im not working, im on my break” so i told her to grab someone that does. Eventually a lady with blonde hair and glasses came out and barely said two words and so incredibly rude. I got my shoes and left, I dont know how an entire store and staff can hate their jobs so much. Now that i have my shoes i will never go back. I also had asked about a mall discount when I ordered the shoes as i work in the mall, i was told yes but the girl decided to take and use my points instead of giving me the discount, which in that case i will would have said no and kept the points to save up more. So incredibly disappointed. It takes zero effort to be a decent human and treat people with respect. Kind of sad when the entire mall and town knows how bad this store is. It really shouldn’t be open.

Really bad customer service, could definitely tell no one wanted to help me. I looked and waved at one of the ladies at the front to come help and she just looked away and continued talking to the other employee. I went up to her to ask for help and she was rude the entire time. I ended up leaving. Definitely not coming to this store again.

Very unfortunate experience.I wouldn’t recommend any one shops here.

No employees. After 20 minutes of waiting, the manager and another girl came out of the back stinking of weed and looked baked. Just order your shoes online, dont support this store. 0/5 stars

I was looking for Birkenstocks and the selection wasn’t great, and this was compounded by one staff member simply saying they didn’t have any other sizes, and not offering to pull the missing sizes in different colours to test a fit and offering to order the right one.Three stars because another employee was on top of things and did her best to help me and was kind and cheerful while doing so.
