it was a very well maintained motel with clean linen, flatscreen TV’s and hardwood. Will definitely book again if im in the area. Overall 8/10

I haven't the option to give it the -100 rating it deserves. Desperate for a motel with a vacancy after driving 1500 kms and needing a place for the night, we ended up at the dump known as the Caravan Inn. I asked the girl at the front desk about the conditions to which she assured me it was a decent place. Complete and utter lie about the pathetic place.. Dirty, stained bedding, and dilapidated room that I wouldn't put my worst enemy in. The fact it hasn't been condemned is beyond belief. Never,never,never use this dump.

The staff was outstanding, and the rooms were cleaned and quite comfy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I highly recommend anyone travelling to Niagara to stay at this Motel.

Horrible. I do not not know why people are giving it good reviews. I payed for a room and there was cockroaches everywhere in the room, bathroom and beds. They beds had brown and red stains which was absolutely disgusting and the toilet and bath wouldn't even work and whete full of insects. We tried to refunt but they took 15 dollars away from us anyways. People were sketchy too. Please do not go.

Worst experience of my life, didn’t even try to sleep here. Rooms are messy, smelly unclean. Bed sheets have pee, blood and food stains all over them, cockroaches on the ground and in the bathtub, walls have stains, holes and even the ac there has mold. Do not stay here, an inspector should be called and this place should be closed. Stay as far away.
