Ben took over a week to finish a maximum 3 day job, started the 9th finished the 18th, he then left a horrific mess in my apartment, didn't even fix the problem correctly just cosmetically, as well as ruined mop. I complained to landlord about how the professional" was so unprofessional and landlord told me Ben's response and it was the most d-bag thing I've ever seen!"
