I have dealt with Mr. Araz at Shinny Cleaning for some 7 years, until I semi-retired and left my office recently. He has always provided excellent service and always been available to discuss changes needed (due to our schedules) or solving other minor problems. Problems, even if infrequent, arise in all businesses, it is the ability to reach a human being quickly to resolve the same that matters the most, and in this Mr. Araz was superb, always reaching back to us immediately.
