Beautifully laid out shop with a vast selection of chocolates and sweets. I bought a couple of chocolate items which were delectable and delicious. Sadly I rated it one star down due to the poor/lack of customer service despite the fact that I was the only one in there……

Amazing selection of everything chocolate related. I can't have gluten and trust their prep of those GF items but they don't have much selection for dairy free people.....what happened to dark chocolate?!?!

went in on a Sunday, maybe its different during the week when there is adult supervision. Could see the girls working there giving each other looks through mirrors in the store, a little unsettling and unfriendly. But the products are good.

The staff are incredible. Reids has always been a huge part of our family traditions throughout the years. I am so happy to see them expanding to new cities and locations. You've gotta check out their factory AND Guelph location, but the original hometown store will always have a special place in my heart. Best chocolate for the best price!

This Chocolate, Candy, and Nut shop has been a go-to for a very long time. You will never be short on is inspiration from the moment you walk in.The wooden showcase cabinets allows you to step back in time when confectionery stores were families and friends visited to fix a sweet tooth craving.There is so many different shapes of chocolates here, you’re bound to find something suitable for any occasion and every preference… They also make decision making a breeze with their prepared gift packs; something to meet every budget.A must if you’re looking for quality product!

Soooo much delicious chocolate! I’m a huge fan of chocolate, and this place has all my favourites! Chocolate covered cherries and caramel filled (especially the raspberry ones) are worth every penny!

Many yummy treats here!! I must say this place has the BEST chocolate out there!! My friend and her family come from out of province to get their chocolate. The staff are so nice and can help you find the perfect treat for any occasion. I would give more stars if I could!!

Reid's is overrated. Yes, they do have some good locally sourced treats. But it's become very expensive. I wish they would disclose where they source their chocolate from. I don't believe it's fair trade or anything like that. I usually splurge for Easter. Strangely enough my favourite buy was the $2 popcorn bags and I bought several boxes of chocolate. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Great chocolate, terrible service: the personnel I met today was bored, rude, probably upset they had to work on July 3. On top of all these, they had no clue on how to use the metric system (asked for 500 grams of a certain item - received 1/2 lb; asked for 250 grams of another item - received 1/4 lb.).Conclusion: Good Bye Reids! The quality is not everything!
