Brad Dave Constructive Trades donated their time to help renovate our building so that we could open a men's homeless shelter in North Bay. Brad and his team are professional, and do their job well! Highly recommend their services!

Very friendly and professional. They made sure the job was done right.A garbage truck ripped down my mast and electrical wire on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend in the summer and I had no power. I called a number of electricians and Brad was the only one to take my call. He was there the next morning, he replaced my mast and I was back up and running once GSU reconnected the wire later that afternoon.

Brad Davis Constructive Trades built our deck (with metal railings) last September. Brad was easy to work and communicate with and his crew was great, always on time, friendly and hard working. They respected our yard and made sure to clean up any scrap wood or material so we could still enjoy our yard during construction.Brad & crew made sure all our ideas came together, and any changes that needed to be made were brought to our attention before they continued construction.We are very happy to be enjoying our new safe and pretty deck this spring/summer!I highly recommend them!

Had a fence installed in our back yard by Brad & his amazing crew. The finished product was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Lots of compliments from friends & neighbours. Thanks for all the hard work during a heat wave.

Amazing service! I needed some after hours assistance on a weekend and his guys were understandably busy enjoying the warm sunny weather so he walked me through a few things for free over the phone and I was able to resolve my issue. He could have easily told me to take a hike and wait until tomorrow but he didn't! I need a bathroom remodel and some a few other things done around my house so I'll absolutely call him first!

BDCT has completed several jobs at our house from electrical to a complete basement renovation which included addition of in-floor heating, structural beam installation, electrical, drywall and finishing. We were very pleased with the process and the final product. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't ask for a better contractor to set us up with generlink, and later our generac. Considering Covid slowed getting products to us he worked so hard to find what we needed. We couldn't ask for a better team of workers Brad had come to our home.Brad made all the connections with outside sources like hydro etc. you can rely on him to make sure all is up to code, he goes the extra mile truly a man of integrity a man of his word.His crew all have kind courteous work ethics amazing, on time. Brad always answers your calls if not right away he does get back to you. Amazing all around, would highly recommend this company to anyone. Had them in for electrical work. Very professional, hard working and polite. They provided updates of the work and made sure they were doing a first rate job. They were on time amd responsive to my questions. Also, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
