Joe from Universal is great to deal with very friendly and knowledgeable. The install team was great, very professional, friendly, respectful and did amazing job. We had a slight service issue and this was also resolved very quickly. Great job , second time we’ve used them and very pleased overall, definitely recommend them

We’ve had Universal Windows replace almost all of our homes windows. We are thrilled with the results. The company is reliable, professional, courteous and clean. They replaced 12 windows (2 were massive), install our new front door and sidelights, and incase our 2 garage doors with trim that matched our new windows dark brown window casing. The result was absolutely perfect. We get compliments all the time. Joe was honest about time frames and the process. The install team were the nicest people ever. They were very quick and cleaned up every last bit of dust and debris left over from install. We researched 2 yrs before deciding on this company. We had a lot of quotes! We couldn’t be happier with the decision to use Universal Windows.

I watch these guys doing installation one day, and I've got to say that their window installations are among the best I've seen in the Niagara region. Have you ever paid attention to have a window is installed? I have and I have seen, for the most part really bad jobs. But Universal Windows installation process is incredible. I'm definitely going to try these guys out in the future. I was impressed with the installation they did for my friend.
