PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS i was speaking with them all week and had made arrangements to pick up a weak of parts on the weekend and i was told to to make my way down sat morning so i did and when i get them i find out ALL the parts are sold i was messaging them all morning and they were reading the messages but not replying so i made the drive 2 hours away to be told im sorry the suv has been sold complete so PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE and there shady practice thx

We scrapped our vehicle here. The staff was really nice and quick to set up an appointment. Also, they warned us to ensure no matter where we went that we recieved a bill of sale as places will often quote you a higher price but will not provide a bill of sale. This turned out to be true and I decided to stay with Maplewood. As other reviews have pointed out however, they quoted us a higher range than the guy offered when he arrived so be prepared for this. Then quote was $1000 - $1200 and we were only offered $900 which is on par with what 4 other wreckers quoted. Just be prepared to get lower than the quote.

My luck here hasn't been the greatest; came out twice for items that weren't there. But a friend of mine did very well here and got a lot for her money; both in parts and labour.

Never go there. Got deceived. Paid 46$ more than what I should have paid. Don't let them make orders for you. Don't pay unless they have the part. I got the wrong piece shipped. Now booking a Dealership appointment to fix the required part for exactly what I wanted. Unless you have experience and know exactly what you want and the price of the parts, I don't recommend going there.

Samething happen to me, I was in touch with jj and was told I could come down to pick up parts and when I arrived they acted like they didn't speak with me and the price was double so if you don't want it just go somewhere else they were very rude and unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone

They will try to help you as much as they can if they have the car you need the parts from. However, keep plenty of time in your hand because they are often busy. Oh and don't make the mistake of wearing sandals like I did, they won't let you in for safety reasons.
