St Joseph's Hospital

I go in with a swollen eyeball, the nurse says it will be okay until the physician arrives in 2 hours. She didnt even look at my eye. I don't believe assumptions are the best diagnostic tools to be using. Here's me hoping I don't lose it.

Reception is incredibly rude, the woman just hung up on me. She let my husband sit in the waiting room for hours before I called and found out they have a walk-in clinic WHICH they never told my husband....They let him know 15 minutes before it closes....Do they hire educated people at this hospital? I have never dealt with such uneducated people in Healthcare!

Have not visited in person yet but had a phone appointment regarding my young daughter. The general receptionist I spoke to first was very cold and unhelpful but the other two people (the dr and Michelle in the ER) were so compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for doing a great job!

Terrible experience! Dr. Kamel should not be allowed to treat children! Rude and has no compassion for sick children. Would not allow my other children in the room and expects a baby and 2 children under 8 to sit alone in a waiting room. Will be going anywhere but there in the future.

This hospital refused to let anyone of support to you be there. The doctor physically walked out on me while giving information about my situation happening. They refused to look at me and took my situation as a joke. They weren't friendly nor kind. They told me this is a hospital and you are to wait.Priorities arent where they should be. Nurses just walk around freely talking with their coworkers instead of checking patients in their emergency room to see if anything changes.Doctors or nurses shouldnt be allowed a degree if they are failing to abide by the practice they should be following. Is believe after so many bad reviews an investigation should be put into place against the doctors and the way they treat their patients. I will never come back to this hospital nor bring my children here as they misdiagnosed my one daughter before. INVESTIGATIONS need to be arranged in this facility.

I have a friend in this hospital, for ambulatory care, she's been receiving an infusion for 5 hours and has not been given any water or a drink of any kind.Her supper was late but the nurse was in and out so fast that she still couldn't catch her to ask for water. or a drink PLEASE .:((

Get here a little after 2pm on the walk in Wednesday to a waiting room almost full and no one behind the desk. It took two different people that were waiting to ask other staff members if anyone works here before someone came out and started calling numbers again. Which was 2:45pm... And they close at 3pm.

Probably the worst hospital to go to in Saskatchewan. They leave a 78-year-old man that got trampled by a cow probably with a broken hip. They just let him sit there for five hours without seeing him. If you have any kind of emergency just go somewhere else you’ll be better off!Update- he went to Kipling hospital following day and turns out he has a fractured pelvis.

I went to the doctor because I was having a severe reaction to eggs while I was waiting to see the doctor I heard the receptionists talk about me sayingshe is having an allergic reaction to eggsto which her friend replied she shouldn't have eaten them then.I did not eat any I was cooking with them and had taken safety precautions I wanted to leave right then and there because I felt like a joke and sat there in tears while I fought to breath if I would have rather gone to Regina then deal with those rude women

very disappointed in the care provided to a patient for injury to the head, due to someone else’s actions. The lack of empathy, emotional support and nursing education regarding 4 stitch wound care and concussion is unbearable. When a patient is bleeding and scared you do not yell at them as if it is their fault to the point they are uncomfortable to be receiving your care. Very sad and very unfortunate. Do better.
