Working at Maximus Employment is fast past and varied, Many of the citizens have complex inquires about services in BC. Generally, it has structure in place to keep people motivated.Management is eager to guide you when you reach out, my direct supervisor is extremely approachable and compassionate.For the most part like in in any job, it can be stressful and highly demanding. I was able to quickly learn on the job, I recommend to have a lot of customer service experience before starting this job.

I love this job. I would give them five stars but its been over two weeks I havent had shifts and although I have put in a request three times for my ROE and they have not even as so much to got back to me which is very stressful because I need to apply for ei.

These people offered me a work from home job and I was hired. I moved to lower-mainland and I bought an Ethernet connection on my own because it was the job requirement. I received an email a few months back saying that I'll get my offer letter in the coming weeks, I had quit my earlier job by then and was waiting for their offer. I've never heard from them ever since, I emailed them numerous times and even called them, the least they could do was inform me that I won't be getting the job so that I would have a closure. To this day I have not heard from them and I started looking for other jobs. So frustrating!

I wouldn't work there my self in the back-end. I am not sure how the front end of Maximus Canada is. I worked I.T went to the mainland and came back with one of the worst experiences. Personally not a great environment, and very stressful and unorganized. Not to say that its not working on being a better company, just not where I wanted to be at their growing stage.

I have NEVER in my 3+ decades of work experienced such superior service like I received from Penny! Start to finish she was such a polite, courteous and kind person....very considerate. Absolutely brilliant and managed to amaze me with how thorough and efficient she was. She's got incredible knowledge and superior skills in this field for sure!Thank you.

I was an employee that was acquired by maximus. They ended my contract with national credit services and after I filled out all my paperwork and offer letter and got my start date, I went to login on my first day and they said the position was filled.
