Kinetic Indoor Cycle and Fitness

Kinetic is the best gym in Lethbridge. Its one of my favorite places to go. Sandra, the owner, is so passionate and is always working to make Kinetic that much more fun and engaging. The Instructors are extremely motivating and inspiring, no matter what kind of day I've had, I leave Kinetic happier and stronger! Its a real team mentality and you feel like you're part of the Kinetic Family! All the staff know your name and greet you with a cool towel after your class, plus they have PK Speakers!

Kinetic has become family to me. The staff and the people who go to classes motivate me to be a better version of me. I always leave sweaty and feel I worked my butt off. So worth the investment in myself. I never feel out of place. No regrets deciding to join! Love the place!

This is my forever gym!!! After my previous gym closed I was devastated and didn’t know where to go and what to do. Kinetic welcomed me with open arms! I absolutely loved becoming a part of the Baby Mama group and have made many friends through the 2+ years I’ve been a member.My favourite classes are Yoga for Cyclists & Runners and Raise the Barre, but you can’t go wrong with any class as Kinetic has amazing instructors! Come try it out!!

Kinetic Indoor Cycle and Fitness is the best gym in Lethbridge! I tried out many gyms when I first moved to Lethbridge 5 years ago - I never felt like I fit in anywhere, and often didn't feel welcome. Which led to me not wanting to go, and no improvements. At Kinetic, the staff are friendly and welcoming - the instructors make a point of greeting anyone new to a class. There is a large variety of classes, and the instructors are great at keeping everyone motivated and focused. They make a point of learning your name, your story, and how they can help you achieve your fitness goals. The facility is new, and is always kept spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite group fitness places in town! I highly recommend trying a drop in class or picking up a punch card, you won't regret it. The staff are friendly and very helpful when you come in. The classes are really well lead, and the coaches are great at helping you modify as needed so that everyone can get what they need out of the class. Workouts are fun and challenging!

Kinetic Indoor Cycle and Fitness is not your average gym! The facility is top of the line with towel service after classes and high quality equipment used. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their respective areas and consistently work to motivate you! I joined this gym as a way to do cardio in a fun way but got so much more than I expected! The Kinetic community is made up of friendly, loving people who all want you to success in researching your goals -fitness or otherwise. If you decide to walk through the doors and give this gym a try, be careful, you may also catch the Kinetic fever!!

Sandra and her team of friendly and energetic trainers keep you motivated! I love going to Kinetic mainly for spin but they offer a lot of other fitness classes which are fun too. It is a great environment all around from when you enter the doors they greet you with a smile and take care of you! I love getting a locked locker and everything I need to do a spin class and the place is always spotlessly clean! Great business and awesome workouts. Lethbridge is so lucky to have such a top notch facility, thank you Kinetic!!

I joined Kinetic in April 2016 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Everyone who works there and who goes to Kinetic are so welcoming, uplifting and supportive! I have never been to a gym like this before. It’s truly a one big family! They keep me motivated and lift me up when I am down! I would highly recommend trying out Kinetic!! I should also mention that Kinetic is so great because there have a great leader - Sandra!

The staff are incredible. Classes are well designed and definitely get your heart pumping. Highly recommend.
