wonderful and caring company- lovely granite /bronze markers make for both my parents who passed 9 years apart were made sure to match perfectly. any concerns of the family were handled with care and consideration...thank you so much for the service you provided our family in our hours of greatest sorrow. excellent company and customer service.

The service we received from everyone at Surrey Monument was EXCELLENT. From the receptionist to the owner and company artists. Everyone was very compassionate and understanding. The headstone we needed made was for the most important person in our life, our Mom and Mother In law. Being that my Mom requested to be cremated this put a restriction on the size of the headstone allowed. We wanted my Mom's headstone to include some very important things about her as well as some flowers and a cross as my Mom wanted them as well. We worked directly with Mike and he was so kind and understanding and patient. He knew how important this was to us. Being an artist he worked on a design to incorporate everything that my Mom and us wanted on her headstone. What Mike came up with was PERFECT in every single way. The layout of the words, flowers and cross is PERFECT and the flowers are so BEAUTIFUL. We were so happy with the design he sent us. When we saw the finished headstone it was even more BEAUTIFUL than we had imagined it would be. Thank you so much Mike for doing such an OUTSTANDING job creating my Mom's headstone. I know that she is so happy and proud of her headstone and that means so much to us. I would also like to thank Alex one of the artists at Surrey Monument. While we were there I was very emotional and Alex came over and talked to me and gave me some of the most helpful advice anyone has given me. Thank you Alex for your compassion and your helpful advice. I honestly believe that my Mom guided me to Surrey Monument as she knew how BEAUTIFUL of a headstone Mike was going to make and also how much of an impact Alex's words would have on me.
