Little Caesars Pizza
I am sorry I’m not trying to start anything but this is just unacceptable. I ate most of it because I enjoy this pizza but I wish they took just a little more effort to throw this one out and start another one keep it always fresh presentation is everythingIf the owner sees this please try harder. I’m tired of asking for a fresh pizza this time I just took it and left ….

Seems like they have a quota to meet, been going here since it opened and I have noticed they no longer keep hot and readys in there oven as advertised. They only keep their larger size pizza, so that you either have to wait for the normal sized hot and ready pizza, or get charged more... All to increase sales. Please keep normal sized hot and readys... Ready. I'm sure a lot of people have noticed the same.

Terrible service. Every time I go there for pick up they never have medium pizzas ready- so much for their motto. Always trying to upsize and I always have to wait up to 10 min. Horrible.

On Sunday May 7th/2023 @6:45pm I ordered a Medium Pepperoni Pizza. The cashier at the time told me that My Pizza would be about 7 minutes as I wanted it to be fresh. 3 people came in after myself and ordered there Pizza. The 3 people that had ordered after me. Got there Pizza. While i was still waiting 25 minutes before I finally complained. The cashier was Very rude and Asked for a receipt.I was floored. Couldn't beleave it. I've been coming to this Location for approximately 15yrs. I also have ordered many Pizzas for our local Hospital as we do have certain functions throughout the year. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location. The cashier was ultimately very rude. No apologies for the long wait. Just complete attitude. Like I was at fault. The staff should be retrained. Customer service is Shameful and Definitely Unprofessional.

Great service at the Park/Bloor location and since my family is so picky they go above and beyond to make sure our order is fresh and just right! We have one closer to where we live but drive the extra bit since they have the best service in Oshawa! Highly recommend!!

Horrible service. The employees are so rude. And no help.I bought a pizza today and there was a hair in my pizza. The lady tried to say o put the hair in my pizza because I've complained before. cause there ready pizzas always look like there 5 hours old. Disgusting service.They don't wear hair nets and I've never seen them wash there hands.

I got a hot and ready at 5 pm before work and before they gave me the pizza they rippedOff the paper that tells you what time it was made. Disgusting place will never go back pizza looks like it’s 24 hrs old
