Called on 2 occasions and never called back. Someone said Dont listen to the one star reviews" ??When you're desperate for water and leave a message and don't get a call back am I suppose to leave more than one???"

Warren Pearce Water always comes through with courteous and prompt delivery year after year. I accidentally ran out of water recently and was able to arrange a quick turnover on a delivery. Highly recommended.

Horrendous. Called for delivery to Dundas. 10 Min away from their location. The guy who answered was super rude and said they won’t deliver that far. 10 min away, what a joke! Useless company, use somebody else.

I understand they are busy but was not looking for water for a while....started the conversation saying they were not taking on new customers but never asked my name or address (not a new customer) will not be a returning customer though.

I just ordered a truck to fill my pool. My mistake I called a few different companies given it was sunday and most were closed. 1 company came and filled the pool and took the money i had left for them. Warren Pearce called me and I explained the details thinking my pool had not been filled. When they showed up the pool was filled already and my money was gone. Without arguing or getting upset with me the driver was understanding and was not upset at all. This alone makes me want to call Warren Pearce next year when I need my pool filled again. Thanks for being so understanding and professional and I apologize for the mistake.

Spoke to the person who answers the phone. Explained I need a certain amount of water for my pool. It was a fair price and they were there less than 24 hours later. I was not home when the driver came. I left instructions and they followed them to a tee. Will not hesitate to call them next year to top off my pool.
