Don't pay them until the job is done...They got paid and never came back to replace the window that they measured wrong. I sent 3 text messages and left two voicemails, they have not contacted me.I've been polite and respectful but no response.Don't pay them until the job is done...

I am still waiting... they got paid and never came back to finish one window that they measured wrong. Very disappointing. One window with a broken seal remains not changed. It has been over a year.

Highly recommended! We had all our windows and door changed. From beginning to end the process was seamless. Luc made sure to answer all of our questions during the estimate process. All my emails were answered by the office team within 12 hours. The removal of the old door and windows and installation of the new door and windows was completed efficiently, effectively and with minimum disruption and mess!One major element that sets LMO Construction apart from other window installation companies is that they don't hire a 3rd party company to do the work. This gave us an added level of trust that the work will be done correctly.Supporting Quebec based companies is important.
