Do NOT go to this location. I recently filled my car up with gas here twice and a few days later, 50,000 worth of petro points were stolen from my account. I used my phone to pay at the pump for the first transaction, and for the second transaction the same pump mysteriously has the tap machine off, so I swiped my card. Either they have a skimmer or there was an inside job with one of the employees stealing my petro point card number and redeeming all of my points. I will never be back at this location, and will gladly drive further away to get gas. Be aware!

Rude and arrogant staff named Husan. i went inside to pay for gas. i was in the line, waiting to be served. Counter lady called, women standing behind me, to serve her first. when i asked her, i was first in the line, she answered oh she is our regular customer, regular customer so what. She rolled her eyes on me and said something abusive. working in hospitality and customer service department you should know how to treat your customer if you have attitude just keep it yourself and sit home.

I don’t want give them any star but I have to very bad custom service . They don’t have even 50$ change . I fill 20 $ gas And give to her $50 and she say “she have only 10$ in tillIs this same kind of joke

Oh, the carwash is not touch less. Cashier won't refund my money. Going to call Pedro Canada corporate cause I got no time to call the manager during my working hours probably to get the same response. Been a loyal customer at this location for decades. Will never return after this fiasco. Remember current customers with a new car, this is not a touchless car wash and if you request a refund, you won't get it from the cashier. Regards, disappointed.

First time, I went to petro canada and I had very worst experience ever. One of their employee (punjabi girl) she has no manners and etiquette towards their customers. She argued and disrespected me while i was explaining my point to her.So this is friendly advice to the employer please hire those people who knows the actual Meaning of Customer Service and mean that !

Worst experience ever customer service 0 they don’t know how to talk with customers if u have attitude then sit home don’t show ur customers i hear so many incidents of this petro canada that a punjabi girl named HUSAN she is rude with customers and she don’t knw how to treat or talk with customers so i suggested to owner please figure this out coz she gave trouble to so many people

My dad was trying to buy 2 lottery tickets (one pick-3, one quick pick) in a single transaction after spending 6-7 mins in line. After requesting the quick pick, the staff there told him he had to go back to the end of the line for the quick pick. It would have taken 2 minutes to ring through this simple purchase. Instead they want him to wait another 8 minutes in line? This is a completely idiotic policy. We won't be coming back.
