Milanaise makes it nearly impossible to contact them. Their online contact form doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. They don't list the protein content on their flours, only instruct you in the FAQ that you do the calculation yourself from the nutrition tables. I suspect this is because they want to make it difficult for you to learn that none of their flours are high in protein, making these flours very poor for bread baking.

Payez beaucoup plus cher $$ par rapport aux autres farines commerciales pour vous retrouver avec un gros morceau de colle dans la farine? Nous n' achèterons plus jamais ce produit. Le service a la clientèle nous propose un dédommagement mais pourquoi ? Puisque semble t il ,selon eux, c'est un problème connu et je cite ça coûte cher acheter un appareil plus performant ou mieux adapté" Ayoye! On a pas le goût de manger de la colle séchée. On veux que le problème soit réglé définitivement. Heureusement que nous nous en sommes aperçu.. La personne au téléphone manquait de tact

The whole wheat & all-purpose flours are perfect for bread making. The protein content is very good for bread baking. My breads are both perfect & delicious each time I bake. Whether I bake Artisan bread or regular sandwich loafs.

This is the worst place to work at , the director is so racist and egoist he would never follow his rules and make others follow rules . Secondly the supervisor is useless. They don’t pay the employees full hours , shame on them for not paying employees what they owe. I hope the higher management sees this and does something.
