San Juan Pools

We are just finishing our pool area and worked very closely with Adam and his team to make our yard dreams a reality. Adam was amazing at working with us and our (not typical or predictable) yard. He quickly pivoted at each problem we encountered (giant rocks, built into a hill) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He was responsive, helpful and resourceful and even invited us to see his pool so we would have have a clearer idea when making decisions about our finishes. He helped us to find other contractors and made sure we had the best people working on our place!

Pretty sure this is a shell corporation (no pun intended lol) showed up twice and no one was there. Called multiple times with no answer and even contacted the Canadian distributor to get the dude to contact us. Still nothing. Seems fishy....

Will not return calls or emails regarding warranty issues with the pool (cracking, malfunctioning led light, etc.).

Adam & Todd are extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. They helped me out with my commercial spa when my local service technicians were unable to fix a problem with it. Adam was attentive to ensure he delivered on a solution, and quickly too. Don’t hesitate to work with Adam at San Juan!

Recently was referred to San Juan Pools from a friend who loves their pool and after my research I found the perfect model for my backyard. After receiving a quote I decided to move forward. My family loves the Wylela beach for our dogs to join us on the splash pad.

These are very strong pools, constructed at higher standards then other fibreglass competitors

This guy Juan Martin will not complete the installation after getting paid, and you will try to reach him, he will come once a while and will never finish the work. Will not answer the phone and text and whatever as well. Disappeared since 1 month with a unfinished project, now winter is coming and need to hire some people to finish the work as the fiberglass pool will break. DO NOT TRUST ! HE WILL RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY

Adam gave me a quote on my backyard pool addition. Showed up when scheduled. Very professional.
