The communication, service and pickup were great! Specifically, Emmanuele and Kathik (sp?) from downtown were so kind, quick, and did their best to get me a good price that I could afford. The only downside is not knowing price until they arrive at your home. Aside from that, the service was fantastic. Thank you!

Update: customer care informed me that the driver charged me correctly but quoted incorrectly by mistake. They refunded me the difference.------Was quoted 229, was charged 299, would recommend everyone to take a written quote before you let them move the furniture.

Marcus, Emmanuel and Kyle did a great job hauling away our junk today! It was same day service, submitted a request online and within 1.5hrs they were here! Really appreciate their service, and the pricing was fair for a very heavy and solid wardrobe/dresser in a small space that required some smart maneuvering. Would recommend them!
