I called Sweetheart Rose just before 10:00 p.m. assuming no one would answer. I was surprised to see that they answered my call and I was able to place a last minute floral arrangements order to be delivered. Janet was extremely kind and professional on the phone. The level of customer service that was given exceeded my expectations above and beyond. The flowers were fresh and delivered and setup on time. I would recommend everyone to contact them. They left me with a tremendous good impression. I will always use them in the future.

Was looking online for a few Mother's Day flower arrangements and just placed an order. Super happy with the professional service! I'm a pretty indecisive person when it comes to flowers and the receptionist was happy to guide me through the process. They even do curb-side pick up and flower delivery to respect the physical distancing rules.Looking forward to my Mom and Grandma receiving the bouquets!

Thank you very much for recently making my bridesmaids' bouquets and my beautiful bridal bouquet with the sunflowers and roses.Friends of ours from Calgary also ordered flowers pictured here for our wedding and these were also quite beautiful. We had originally signed a contract with Janet before the pandemic. She was wonderful through postponements and made it really easy for us to make changes. We finally got married on October 1st 2022 and we were thrilled with our bouquets and boutonnières. I contacted Janet during the pandemic as we were married in July 2021. Although we could not go into the store due to the lockdown, Janet was meticulous in responding to my emails and phone calls to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted for my bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, as well as the head table decorations. Her prices were also very competitive compared to other companies. Thank you so much for your great attention to detail and for making my wedding more beautiful with the flower arrangements you created!
