Got so disappointed. I was here to pick up my mails. They gave me a 5-dollar coupon. However, one of the items was charged 6 dollars more than the price on the tag. Totally a scam.

Very poor service. Just get some info you need to wait and watch the person to respond to you. It took me 20 mins get one info about shipping charge. Pathetic. One or two person is handling whole store and very few to attend you.

Stopped by to pick up a number of things the other day. Promptly put everything back when I noticed this was being done in a number of areas of the store. I’d ask for an explanation but I think the answer is pretty obvious here.

Customer service is non existent. I was ignored for 15minutes while 3 associates were laughing up front. Then when finally helped and I tell the gentleman what device I wanted he just disappeared. Even the security guy was wondering where he went. I walked out without making the purchase. Abysmal to say the least.

It’s a Staples in a good location. My main complaint is online pickup takes longer than actually finding the product in store and buying it normally. I’ve done a couple orders this way and in both cases the process seems to be completely paper-based and very slow.

This store is centrally located, near downtown and many other businesses. I had a debit paper emergency, low and behold a Staples was only a 3 minute walk away! A very bright and clean store as well. Not much for parking in their own parking lot, but plenty of street parking available.

Terrible customer service. Women working there, has no interest in work and doesn’t even know how to speak with customers. Went to pick up order and asked her for two times that I am here for pickup and she was behaving rudely and not interested in customers at all. I always go to this store for printings and order pick up and never had this kind of experience before with any other representatives. Company should consider customer’s feedbacks.

Never staff available at print desk. Expect a very long wait regularly at the print desk, even if youre picking up an order. 3/5 staff unfriendly. I'm here a couple times a month. It's basically next door otherwise I'd try out another location. Maybe they're all like this.
