Ramada by Wyndham Lethbridge

rooms are a bit outdated, décor, bed was nice...brick walls in the bedroom and bathroom and the sight low celling hallway really felt more like a prison than a hotel...

The thermostat was not working. Very hot during the night. Sink was not draining properly. The room was clean.

I've been here for a month now on business and i have enjoyed my stay so farIt's a clean room very tidy and comfy bedsThe room service is great and the ladies are so niceI'm 6'4 and i was able to take a comfortable shower ( usually a struggle in hotels)The breakfast is great and they have good overall serviceOne thing i didn't like is the lack lf a jacuzzi or a poolI really wish there was one of both it would have made this hotel a big deal

The Lady at the front desk was very nice when we came in but at 11:45 I gone back to the front desk and I Man was there and it was a man that had lately came to Canada and I told him that the AC is not turn on it only turn the fan on that makes the noise but the AC didn't came on and ( he told me to wait it will come on later it takes time from when you switch it on until it start running) (OH YEAH) I told him it can't take even half of minute if it works and then he told me that he don't know about the AC because he only work at night shift, OH YEAH? when do they talk about the AC at night when the people need it or at day time when no one is there? Sorry but I'm telling you that the price that Ramada charged I will not go to Ramada again if the can't have some one at the front desk that knows at least a little bit,

Always stay here for business, hot breakfast is always amazing here, as well as the ladies running it! Rooms on the higher floors can get a bit warm

Ramada is usually a good place, this one isn't. While prices are cheap and the millwork of the drawers are clever, the air conditioning was not working well. It was warm as it was dry, and the bathrooms are near atrocious; dear owner, you better stop being cheap on the ceiling tiles before a health inspector comes in and fines you. While the tiles used MAY be water resistant, I am almost sure they arent. In a shower station you cannot just slap something equal to drywall on the roof and expect everything is dandy, that is not only a health hazard but safety hazard as the tiles can degrade and fall as someone showers. Grow a brain and install better ceiling material. I'd suggest Armstrong brand ceiling tiles so you do not have to maintain the ceiling as often and it is fire, mold and sag resistant.

Decent for Lethbridge. One of the better hotels here for sure, except pretty much all hotels are on the busiest road in Lethbridge. (Mayor magrath) conveniently close to the strip club, within walking distance.

Yes the hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The only issue was the solid ice parking lot. Which we can blame on Nature. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Lethbridge.
