The Fertility Clinic

I was a patient for several years with this clinic and my husband and I always found the Dr's, Nurses and support staff to be very professional and helpful.The onsite social worker is such a blessing and was by our side helping us during the final stretch. Always willing to assist.We are very pleased with this clinic. Although you don't always see the same dr or nurse, the flow is super efficient. It was nice to get a different perspective sometimes too. We did see another clinic for a second opinion and ended up back here. And so grateful we did, because they where there for us every step of the way.Thank you Fertility Clinic for all that you do!

Im sorry i feel like this fertilty clinic in london some of the doctors don't care about there Patients, some of them like to push you out the door before your even done talking and that is not right or they dont Listen to their client about what going on with them it seems like some of the doctors in london only care about money. Really they should be taking time to hear the patients questions and issues. Its not a game there at your office for help start taking them serious.

I was a patient of the Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit attached to the Fertility Clinic. As someone has stated, you are participating in an assembly line. Most of the staff is cold and want to be done with you as soon as possible. The ultrasound rooms I assume are also where they do D&Cs with a dish sitting under the old skinny bed. It’s dark and either old or dirty. One small light on in the corner that seems like it’s at the end of its life and the chair for your support person is a mile away. The smaller consultation rooms are much more comfortable and should be set up to be able to preform ultrasounds in there. The ER has a much better room for ultrasounds as well.If you are uncomfortable with a male doctor preforming your transvaginal ultrasound, that’s too bad regardless of your reasoning. It feels like back room healthcare. Underfunded or is it simply not important to them? Feels like the latter when the doctor is impatient. Went in to my appointment and came out with no additional information. Questions that I was able to get in were ignored.The social worker seems like the best part of the whole clinic from my experience. I would never come back here even if I was dying. They belittle you and make your concerns seem trivial. Not the medical care anyone deserves. The clinic would benefit from providing more trauma informed care from the whole staff, the social worker should not be the only one who is capable of doing so.

I was a patient with the Fertility clinic from 2018-2021 for a funded IVF treatment. The clinic's location in the hospital is convenient--all the treatments, tests and other appointments are done on site. However, there are SO many people supporting the clinic that I always felt like I was part of an assembly line--efficient, yet cold, detached, and impersonal. I felt like I never saw the same nurse, technician, or doctor twice. I didn't have a caseworker, and I felt very far removed from my assigned Doctor/Specialist". It felt impossible to get an answer or update from anyone

caring people. they really try to get to the bottom of the issue but they wont lie to you to make you feel better. sometimes there is no answer.
