CSN Auto Ralph

My car had a lot of damage after a hit and run (see picture) and I was looking for a professional body shop who would do a quality job. A friend recommended Auto Ralph and they did not disappoint! The service was impecable, the quality of the job is just sublime! Thanks for the amazing work!

Dealt with Andrew at Auto Ralph after my car had been in a collision. From start to end I have no complaints and they did an amazing job in fixing my car. Even when they had to liaise with me as I was in Europe - car was already upon my return and they even fixed a little scratch that I must have done previously. 100% recommend them!

These guys I've used several times after crash insurance claims. The car always comes back to me like new.

Hi . I just got back my car. They are good in work but I find out a problem with them may be they are good with premium cars like RR Ferrari etc but not a car like Toyota. Honda .Because I went with my car around 3 times to fix it clear .Even still I have issues but I dont want to disturb them again.Overall staff and owners are good .but by work side 5/10.They change the parts put new one but the fixation is not good that's why less scoreThanks ralph

Great customer service! I had an unusual situation and they were a great help, they accepted my American car insurance for the fixes. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, offered me a rental, and got my car back to me on a deadline. Now that I know they do more standard mechanical repairs and maintenance as well I would definitely come back under less disastrous circumstances! The facilities they gave me a tour of look high end and my car looks like new. They cleaned the interior nicely as well and let me know the work is guaranteed, so I can bring it back if I notice anything wrong. Highly recommend!
