Chagger Dental Clinic Dundas
Was very happy at initial visit to this clinic. Needed to take my 5 year old to a new dentist in town. They we very patient and explained the steps to my child in a way that made her calm during the cleaning. The office staff went out of their way to help the billing process which had an error on my insurance side of things. I was very impressed an will become a patient there in the future.

I have received more thoughtful and patient-centered care elsewhere in Dundas. This office recommends the most expensive procedure options and making money seems to be their priority.

Staff changes constantly. Always recommend more work than is required. Prices are higher than other locations. Staff not at all pleasant. I switched. Not recommended.

Dr. Niromi Fernando is just amazing. As is the rest of the staff that I have met there. I was recommended to this dental office as I was looking for a second opinion. I'm so glad that I did. I was having a root canal done and it was like being at a spa for your mouth . I was so relaxed and comfortable . They are just great. It's so nice finally finding a dentist that puts you at ease and that you trust.

I would not recommend this dentist office. Poor quality work and customer support for emergencies.I took my only day off this week and went to the dentist to have a routine repair, no big deal I thought.The repair didn't last 24 hours.No one is answering the phones at either location in Dundas or Burlington. Their hours say they are open but they are not answering the phone.
