Looking for an Insurance Agent can be daunting. I wanted someone that really cared and worked hard to find me the best rates for my Insurance needs. We had been with Intact for close to a decade until our broker retired and we were just pawned off and shoved around to different brokers that didn't care enough to talk with us or go over our options.After 2 years in a row of increases we were fed up and we were recommended Shy at BIG by a friend. Shy was very diligent in communicating with us and working every possible option to get us the best deal possible. Even if we didn't end up getting a deal I would have switched to them just based on how well we were treated. But, we ended saving close to a 1/3 of what we were paying previously so it made a HUGE difference for us. So bonus!It's so nice to have someone that appreciates your business and treats you like a person, not just a number. Shy was very personable and explained every process and step in great detail. 10/10, would recommend checking this office out.
