Dr. Zaazou is an excellent paediatrician. He has helped us through many situations in the last 7 years, some more difficult than others. I trust him with the health of my children. The practice is very busy but the care is very good. The receptionists are lovely and will help you patiently once you’ve connected.

I want to give zero star they are unprofessional team the doctor doesn’t care about anything I took an appointment at 11am and waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor my baby keeps crying and they don’t care ,, never come back

Dr mostafa takes long vacation( month long ) atlest two times a year. He is okay if you child gets delayed in vaccination but he should be the one doing it. I mean come on, I should wait a month to get my child vaccinated because the irresponsible doctor is on vacay. Also he insists that the child be either be seen by him or kidz clinic, may be he thinks other doctors are not upto that mark - what a stupid doctor.It has happened to me 3 times in just this year, when ever my child needs care he is unavailable. the phone does not get answered and goes to voice mail most of the time. the staff never calls back.So glad my family doctor could refer me to another pediatrician, you will never know unless you see a second doctor how worst this doctor and clinic is.

Zazou misdiagnosed our baby! We had to go to a dermatologist to tell us the truth and our baby is healing nicely now. His advice caused more pain and delayed healing of our baby! I would strongly recommend you find another doctor. Plus the reception never answers the phone and are very rude when entering the office.

Dr Zaazou and his staff are the best! The reception and nurses are wonderful to deal with and Dr. Zaazou is such a wonderful doctor.

We couldn't be more happy with Dr. Zaazou. He's been my daughter's doctor from 3 months old, she is 7 years old now. He has been able to identify several things that other doctor's missed because he thinks about health holistically and not just treatment. He searches for the cause not just the fix up. He knows what odd things might cause a response not just what is in a textbook. He figured out our daughter genetic issue, that would have never been caught. I know this because people never caught mine. 44 years and they never caught what was wrong with me. I passed it to her and it took him 3 months to figure it out! People need to be reminded that you don't go to a doctor for a best friend, you go to a doctor to make sure that your child is able to get and be healthy. Long wait, sure, it is to be expected for a good doctor. So pack your patience, pack something to keep you kiddo busy, cause a long wait is nothing in comparison to having a chronically sick child. Have your questions ready. He has decades of experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaazou. We feel blessed to have him as our daughter 's pediatrician.

One of the best Doctors. Knows what he’s doing, attentive and very well mannered. Absolutely top notch. Been seeing him for my son for the past 4 years. His staff are very professional and mannered. The only thing is that sometimes the clinic is way too full to find a place to sit. Other than that, highly recommend him.

Receptionist never answer the cal this happened more than 5 times to me this is a clinic for children they should understand the importance of children before operating the hospital clinic. What’s the point of having receptionist never answer the phone

Left work to meet my wife and Dr was on Vacation and the Dr. Replacing didnt show up. Appointment was for 930 am and another family showed up and said there Appointment was for 10am. We waited for an hour and a half and on top of it I had to pay for parking. Would've been nice to get a call the day before that they were going to be closed. Not Dr. Zaazou fault, but the people he left behind to work could've done better.
