This place is amazing. Extremely helpful easy to work with would recommend anybody to get their phone fixed here. Not only is this easily the best phone fixing place to go but the associate who worked with me, He was a complete stud. I mean this dude was awesome. The man is legendary. There will be books written after this man. Please anyone who is reading this, when your having phone troubles and everywhere else is charging you a ton of money look no further FixPoint is there. I had the greatest experience today at FixPoint. They fixed my iPhone screen and battery quickly and professionally in a few minutes. What made it even better is I had the repairs done on a Sunday...nice having a place open when you need them. I highly recommend them, they are the best!

Don’t repair laptops with them. Cheap parts, no professionalism.I came to change screen on my MacBook Pro 2015 but store representative offered me a MacBook Pro 2016 option which he had in stock instead. I bought it with 1 battery cycle and new screen as he said.Battery turned out to be the worst you can find on market which we’re holding battery maximum 4 hours.Screen appeared to be defective and was flickering all the time. They agreed to change screen and put new one, which in turn appeared terrible screen as well. It was letting the LCD lights go through the bezel and there were not enough screws.Then I came to finally replace screen module on my original MacBook Pro 2015 and they said it’ll be 10/10 screen from other Mac. Eventually they installed badly damaged, scratched screen for 300$.Summing up, I don’t recommend this repair service to anyone who willing to get good quality fix. Also working personal eat, drinks, listen to music and does everything except quality job.2/10

i had my iphone x battery changed. i see a huge improvement in the battery and i am very happy with it!the new battery is charging well, the old one would keep turning the phone on and off as it began charging and i would have to manually turn off the phone to let it gain power and actually charge. This one charges right away without dying 20 times because the old one would restart each time it has 1% charge, and the energy would drain from restarting, and shut the phone off again .this battery lasts so much longer. my phone used to die after 3 hours of use, now i can go a full day of full time use.it works amazing.huge improvement and thank you so much !!

They did a great job! Saved my iphone 13 pro max. They changed my battery so fast and very professional, saved my screen from replacement, at the same time Apple Store wanted to replace screen due to battery swallowing. Fast , professional and very affordable prices! Highly recommend!!!

I called FixPoint to get a quote for my cracked screen to be repaired. I was told the lowest price I had heard all morning. I stopped by to get my phone repaired and it was promised back in 30 minutes. I left to run an errand and came back and it was ready as promised. FixPoint staff is very professional and courteous (like they truly appreciated my business). The location is in a great location. The establishment was clean and a comfortable temperature. If I need their services again I will definitely return.
