We are a young couple, taking our first big step together. Two different locations to pack up and then to set up our new home together.Thankfully we found Crown Movers and the dream team - Alex, Bizhan, and Eddie. They swooped in with their incredible positivity and friendly demeanour, instantly making the whole process seem like an easy happy day. We really thought that moving between Montreal and Laval to little Italy could have been hectic, but these guys handled it all with such ease.From the get-go, their professionalism and cheerful attitude set the tone. Every detail was handled meticulously, from packing our belongings carefully to making sure everything was placed just right in our new home. But what stood out the most was their positive attitude. Wow! Book them ASAP if they have room!I had the absolute pleasure of moving from 10hrs up north to Montreal with crown movers.Carl and Anthony were extremely professional, quick, kind and efficient! It is apparent that they care for their clients. Carl was highly responsive to any questions and concerns and highly knowledgeable.I called 15 companies and Crown movers were by far the most accommodating despite the short notice.All the while, Carl and Anthony were upbeat, cheerful and infectiously happy. What should I call the fantastic trio of Andre, Kosta and Bizhan for their amazing work? There are a few names used in music during the 60's and 70's, such as: power trio or super group and these descriptions truly describe these three movers.They made my moving to a new apartment a wonderful experience. They are good guys, fantastic professionals, extremely helpful and very sympathetic.The entire process was easy from the beginning, with Jonathan taking an order, Carl, these guys' boss, the team of movers, everything was smooth and professional.Arriving at the new apartment with narrow stairs and a curb on the top, I could not imagine how difficult it might be. But the dresser came to the first floor with no issues. And then, they had to bring the couch.This was tough. At the top of the stairs, it was stuck, and it was obvious that this would not go. So, they discussed the strategies and finally decided to go through the balcony stairs. After measuring, the couch was one inch too tall. Impossible to do. Another strategy - hoist it over the balcony. It looked dramatic, but the guys were in control all the time and they had a nice laugh once the job was done.Excellent experience, excellent company, excellent team. Five stars for them.

We had such a wonderful experience with crown movers. They are extremely professional, helpful, friendly, efficient and they did a great job at moving our 500lb marble table. There are also no hidden fees like many other companies have. I was very happy with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s moving.

These guys were really awesome. The moving crew showed up on time. They were communicative and professional. Moved at a really good pace and made sure everything was well packed. Nothing broke and they went above and beyond to assemble a futon at the end that was a pain. The wonderful lead bought me my first Timmies Ice Cap cuz I’d nefer had one ?!? Who does that? Very sweet guys.When I called to book the estimate the office staff was friendly and quick to respond - very good communication.Can’t say Ive ever had a better experience with a moving company - I recommend them highly.
